2. Baby Quarter Horse Hurley Finds A New Foster Home At The Medina Raptor Center — Rescue groups once again come together to help the animals, and on Saturday, Baby Hurley received a warm welcome from his new foster family and the center's volunteers. Kai, a 10 year old Quarter horse mare, currently in training, is still seeking a foster home. Solera, a 10 year old Arabian mare, will be going to her new foster home next week! 3. "Mercy For Animals" Welcomes A Presentation From Happy Trails At Their February Dinner — I am honored to be the guest speaker on behalf of Happy Trails at the free vegetarian dinner hosted by Mercy For Animals at the Beachwood Library on Thursday, February 26th at 6:30pm. The presentation will review Happy Trails rescue work, our animal investigation cases, and provide education about the animal cruelty issues that we deal with daily. I am sincerely hoping to see a lot of our Happy Trails friends at this event — hope you can fit this on your calendar!
